It is our belief and practice that treatment requiring special skill and licensing, be performed by the treating physical therapist. Our staff has extensive clinical experience in treatment, teaching and research.

- Active Physical Therapy is owned by Michael & Monica Mocny and started in 1996.
Lifelong Mobility, Inc. DBA Active Physical Therapy began in 2006 and added a new
physical therapy practice at Vista del Monte offering Aquatic Therapy.
The Wellness Center at Active Physical Therapy offers Fitness Consultation and
Massage Therapy.
