Profile Information

Tell us about your company! (What do you do?): For 25 years EF has been running English language instruction in Santa Barbara. We have students attending our school from over 50 different countries and who stay anywhere from 2 weeks to 52 weeks.

What makes your company unique?: EF is the world leader in English instruction and we were teh official language trainers of the officials and judges in the 2008 Beijing Olympics. We have approximately 30,000 employees world wide and offices in about 40 different countries.

What else might people want to know about your business?: One of the most exciting and meaningful parts of our school is that our students live with local host families. Each student is carefully matched witha family in Santa Barbara county. The experience of hosting is enriching for the family, their children and teh student and we've seen time and time again so many long lasting relationships formed. So many of our families have even gone to visit their students years after they have left.
